My Sister's Short Story (2 Minute Read)

Hello everyone,

Today I am going to try out something new. I will be posting my sister's short story. I fixed the grammar and a few other small things to make it a little more engaging and interesting, but other than that it is only her.

THE DAY IT RAINED MARSHMALLOWS AND LOLLIPOPS

There are bakers and children in Candy Land. They love to play and sing. They also loved to make candy. Most of them are also kind to each other. Well, that is everyone except for the evil sorcerer. He lives in a fancy palace just outside of Candy Land and he makes children mow his lawn for him. He has some for other things like brushing his teeth and making his bed. He loved to overwork and yell at the children and bakers. He did not like them at all. It was quite the opposite in fact, he wanted to destroy them. The bakers and children wanted him out and they had only one plan that went against his weakness. He hated candy. The plan was to throw candy in the air. They believed that this would make him disappear because he hated it so much.

One day there was a poster for a new contest. The contest was to make the best candy. The bakers and children were sure they would win so they immediately told everyone to become a team. The prize made them want to win even more though. The prize was to have a day when whatever you wished for came true. They knew then they could wish the sorcerer away. The sorcerer wanted the prize so he would be appreciated so he got the bakers and children to teach him how to make candy even though he detested it.

When they got to the competition the sorcerer and the bakers and children tied. When they had a tiebreaker the bakers and children won and their first wish was to make it rain marshmallows and lollipops. The sorcerer was very angry and tried to attack them but they ran into their houses and came back after an hour. The sorcerer had disappeared and lived happily ever after.
